Terms & Conditions

• If lift is available, no additional charges will apply.
• If lift is not available, extra charges will be applicable.
• If the distance from vehicle to lift or lift to flat exceeds 10 meters, additional handling charges will apply.

• Customer must pay 10% advance before shifting.
• The remaining total amount must be paid immediately after shifting.
• Delay in payment may attract additional charges.

For house-to-house shifting, if there are:

• Road repairs
• Building construction
• Narrow lanes
• Any disturbances or access issues

The customer will be fully responsible for such conditions and any delays caused due to them.

Our packing materials such as:

• Cotton boxes
• Foam sheets
• Cartons
• Other reusable materials

Must be returned to our staff after unloading.

• Insurance must be requested at least 24 hours before shifting.
• Insurance is optional and will be charged separately.
• Without insurance, the company's liability is limited.

Customers must take care of:

• Gold
• Jewelry
• Cash
• Important documents
• Other valuable items

These must be secured before our staff arrives.

We are not responsible for loss of valuables.

We do not take responsibility for:

• Screws
• Nails
• Small fitting items

Customers should manage these separately.

As per transport regulations, pets are not allowed in our shifting vehicles.

All permissions, approvals, and restrictions related to:

• Apartment associations
• Community gateways
• Flats and building management

Are fully the customer's responsibility.

• Charges are based on volume, manpower, distance, and services selected.
• Additional items not declared earlier may attract extra charges.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, traffic, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Any disputes are subject to local jurisdiction.
